Selection and procurement checks
For a butterfly valve inquiry, describe the medium, isolation or regulation duty and operating method. Beyond nominal size and pressure class, confirm connection form, seal material and mating flanges as part of the interface check.

Quality and inspection documents
Please state whether the order requires a Mill Test Certificate (MTC/MTR), an EN 10204 type 3.1 inspection certificate, heat or batch traceability, or other inspection records. The document type, applicable material and availability must be confirmed for the specific order. EN 10204 type 3.2 involves additional independent inspection requirements and must be agreed separately before supply.
