Selection and procurement checks

Confirm the carrier pipe, insulation and protective jacket separately. State the medium, design temperature, buried or above-ground conditions and joint form so that straight pipes, fittings and insulated connections can be checked within the same purchase scope.

• Insulation material and thickness, protective jacket requirements
• Medium, temperature, installation conditions and connection drawings

Include the quantity for each size, delivery destination, required arrival date, and any packaging, marking or documentation requirements so that the supply scope and delivery arrangements can be checked item by item.

Quality and inspection documents

Please state whether the order requires a Mill Test Certificate (MTC/MTR), an EN 10204 type 3.1 inspection certificate, heat or batch traceability, or other inspection records. The document type, applicable material and availability must be confirmed for the specific order. EN 10204 type 3.2 involves additional independent inspection requirements and must be agreed separately before supply.
